Processing and delivery time

Your orders will be processed and dispatched by us within one to three working days. After dispatch, you can expect a delivery time of usually ten to fifteen working days. Please note that there is no dispatch processing at weekends.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we will send you an e-mail notification with the corresponding tracking data. Please note that it may take one to two days for the tracking information to be updated on the tracking website of the shipping service provider.

Cancellation and change of delivery address

You have the option of cancelling your order or modifying the delivery address as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or make address changes once your order has been dispatched.

DDP shipping service (Delivered Duty Paid)

We offer DDP shipping for selected countries. With this shipping method, you do not have to pay any customs clearance procedures or customs duties:

Notes on dispatch times

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination and the shipping method selected. For deliveries within European countries, the standard delivery time is eight to thirteen days.
