Guidelines for returned goods - apexvape

Return period of 3 days

At apexvape we offer you the option of returning items within three days. This period begins on the date you receive your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchased product, you can submit a return request within this period.

Requirements for a successful return

In order for us to accept your return, certain conditions must be met. The item to be returned must be in its original condition - i.e. unused, with all labels attached and in its original packaging. In addition, you will need a valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation to ensure the return process runs smoothly.

Initiation of the return procedure

If you would like to make a return, please contact us by email at canliumit3535@gmail.com. Once your request has been checked and approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your parcel. Important to note: Unannounced returns without prior authorisation cannot be processed. Therefore, please contact us first.

Complaints in the event of defects or damage

Please check your order carefully as soon as you receive it. If you find that an item is damaged, defective or has not been delivered correctly, please contact us immediately so that we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Products excluded from returns

Not all items can be returned. The following product categories are excluded from our right of return:

  • Perishable goods
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Hygiene and body care products
  • Dangerous goods
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Exchange of articles

We recommend the following procedure for an exchange: First return the original item. Once the return has been authorised, you can then place a new order for the desired replacement item. This ensures a speedy processing.

Refund processing

As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within ten working days. Please note that your financial institution or credit card company may need additional time to credit your account. If you have not received a refund after fifteen working days from authorisation, please contact us at canliumit3535@gmail.com.
