What payment options does apexvape offer?

Shipping and delivery
What does DDP shipping mean?
apexvape offers a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service for selected countries. With this shipping method, we take care of all customs formalities for you so that you do not have to worry about customs clearance and no additional customs fees are incurred.
For which countries is DDP shipping available?
Our DDP shipping service is available for the following regions:
United Kingdom
- Shipping via local DPD Express service
European Union
- Shipping via UPS/DPD/DHL Express
- Available countries: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal and Spain
How long does the delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination:
- United Kingdom: 7 to 12 days
- European Union10 to 15 days (dispatch is via Germany)
What applies to countries outside the DDP list?
For orders to countries not on our DDP list, customers are responsible for customs clearance. In these cases, customs fees and import duties may be incurred, which must be borne by the recipient.
Returns and exchanges
What is the return period for apexvape?
We grant you a return period of 15 days from receipt of your order. You can return items within this period if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
What conditions apply to returns?
In order for us to accept your return, the following requirements must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- All labels must still be attached
- The original packaging must be present
- Returns must be requested in advance by e-mail
